After some serious aggravation the kids finally made it upstairs to the back room and made an effort to tidy it. Well let’s see. For starters temperatures were up around 34ºC for a large part of the day and we arrived at around 11:30 a.m. so it was already baking us as we got out of the car. The carnival celebrating the school’s anniversary is on today from mid-day onwards. There are supposed to be rides and attractions for all… including a live performance from Delta Goodrum who is an ‘old girl’. Had a *very* hard day yesterday! Kids have to be in school at 8:30 a.m. so it’s a fairly quiet start to the day. Not sure how I’ll go in the gym since my toe still hurts (I forgot to soak it in hot salty water last night… I was too tired when I got in) but I’ll try and see … More Quiet day.
