Basically it is a low carb, low GI diet intended to drop weight really quickly and efficiently. It’s important to make sure you take extra vitamins and calcium to compensate for those leached out of the body. Otherwise… it seems to work!
Personally I use the soup several times as week combined with two meal replacements… but whilst this seems to work for me, that sort of regime might now work for you and the proper ‘kickstart’ might be a better option.
