Arthur C Clarke was one of the best Science-Fiction writers ever. He has finally died at age 90, at his home in Sri Lanka early this morning after suffering from breathing difficulties. I’m not allowed chocolate according to my diet sheet but I doubt this will stop me having *some* of that black seductive 70% cocoa butter variety made by Lindt. I like ‘dark chocolate’ and think maybe the odd piece of two won’t hurt much. Kids love chocolate of course and the ‘Easter Bunny’ regularly leaves … More Soon be Easter – let's have some eggs.

Despite still being desperately tired as we recover from the last few months today is set to be yet another long day. Up at 5:00 a.m. as usual… tho it was closer to 5:20 a.m. before we actually dragged our sorry carcases out of our kip to face the bright new day. Actually it was … More Another long day ahead.
Trouble is mine might be packing up slowly. Doctor says they are showing signs of being under stress. I was asking if this might be a result of the low carbohydrate diet but he seemed to think not… which is a bit more of a worry. He did tell me bits of my body are … More I like kidneys
