As an addendum to yesterdays post regarding the tyres, I got home and discovered the ADSL connection had died.
Spent over two hours on the phone to the tech to made all sorts of adjustments… and then gave up at 10:30 p.m . He’s referred it up the line to the next level tech who will call in about two days. Currently using the ‘wireless’ ISP connection which I still have as a backup thankfully.
Trouble is we *all* want to use it at once and most of my programs are on the other machine so it’s a bit of a pain really.
Jinx? Don’t talk to me about the jinx… grrr….
