Instead of making dogs smoke tobacco to see if they get a cough, or making them wear lip stick and make-up, why don’t researchers do something that has more practical uses?
For example, why don’t they investigate why dogs seem to deliberately wrap their leads around a post and are then unable to work out which way to turn to unwrap themselves. It’s a matter of fact that dogs always seem to go round and round a post the wrong way instead of simply turning the more obvious way and releasing themselves.
This phenomenon demands more research… why *do* dogs do this… the public has a right to know! š
