Bangers and Mash

I love sausages… well made ones anyway. I like the UK varieties… mostly… and would eschew the ‘european’ version for an old fashioned porker anytime. There is something peculiarly ‘British’ about a plate of sausages. mashed potatoes, processed peas… and onion gravy.
