I’m sure most of you are aware but in case you aren’t, when I write ‘eldest’ or ‘youngest’ when talking about my daughters I am referring to the girls who are still living with me… I *do* of course have another beautiful daughter in the UK who we never see enough of, even allowing for the time she and her family spent with us over Xmas.
The problem is ‘semantics’ really… there isn’t a term for the ‘middle child so, while they are here I’m reduced to ‘eldest’ and ‘youngest’ to describe them. No offence intended! 😀
In addition, ‘solace’ has made a couple of appearances on the blog lately which is nice… I rarely get to talk to him so it’s always a pleasure when he drops by… even if it’s just to whinge, after all it’s what we do best on here! 🙂
On a theme, yet again I’ve forgotten to upload more photos… mind like a sieve. I really ought to get on with it before I forget again.
Solace? Oh come on… sol = sun and ace = number one. Together they read “number one son“… well almost. 😀

Incidentally tomorrow Thursday is your 14th anniversary of your escape to Oz – what a fabulous decisionh that has turned ut to be = CONGRATULATIONS – calls for a celebration

I think its all wonderful- 14 years ago you arrived in Oz with nothing- and now you owe a million dollars – oz – the land of opportunity = what a success story – we are all very proud of you – a great achievement for you both!!!!!!!!
