Aldi Australia

Tried to contact Aldi Australia to enquire about a faulty product (the MP4 player we bought the daughter for her birthday). I listened to their recorded message, chose my option… and pressed ‘6’. The phone went dead.

I did this several times and each time… the line went dead!

Eventually after ringing yet again someone *did* answer the phone. I told them I needed some assistance, and they said someone would have to call me back because “They were all in a meeting.”!!

What else could I do but leave my details and those of the product… and say thanks.

I wonder if they’ll ring… I wonder if they’ll tell me how to fix the thing? I wonder how a company the size of Aldi can have its entire staff in *one* meeting? 😀

How peculiar!
