The Eclectic Interweb

I just read what I sent to Samsung and at first sight it looks as tho I’ve given them nowhere near enough information… for example it appears I didn’t tell them the date of purchase 🙂

However while it *looks* ‘woolly’ in fact that information *has* been sent to them. Having said that I could have been a bit less obtuse in my writing style. Still, maybe they’ll take pity on me because of my obvious incompetence and do the job for us anyway?? 😀
