Ok, way over the top
So I ate way too much yesterday and, as always, regret it today. I’m trying to control what I’m eating, so it drops tomorrow. I’ll try, but make no promises.. 😦

I should really be losing weight. I’m sticking to the diet but it’s not shifting at all. In fact, my weight went *up* to 132.20 kilos. Obviously, I’m taking more calories in than I’m using but I can’t see how. This needs investigating!
It’s been over two weeks since I lost weight. Something odd is happening… or not… that’s making me stay at this weight despite eating no more than 1200 calories a day, which should be enough to lose weight regardless of the surgery. The only thing I can think of is eating even less… which is … More Another ‘stall’.
Weight stays the same. Why? My fault entirely… mostly fuelled by the two doughnuts, and the handful of chocolates I scarfed down. Trying to be ‘normal’ today 🙂 Normal? Just doing the washing and washing up. Folding clothes, washing floors… just the usual soul-destroying stuff that goes to make up a boring life. And again, … More My fault today.
The last post was on the 15th, today it’s the 19th so a few days of posting nothing. Why? Really depressed and tired I think because I can’t think of any other excuse. Ok. Let’s see. Yesterday the weight went up to 131.80 kilos. This morning it’s down to 131.30 kilos. I have no idea what’s going on. Actually for dinner last night I had half a cinnamon bun that the daughter bought and some M&M’s… not exactly a massive meal but seemed to hit the spot. 🙂 … More What the hell…?

So I forgot to update the blog yesterday but it made no difference really. The weight remained where it was so no massive loss… or increase. Yet again I seem to have lost almost a kilo overnight. According to the scales I’m 131.50 kilos whereas I was 132.40 kilos yesterday. This is similar to the drop I recorded a couple of weeks ago which then resulted in a massive ‘rebound’ that’s taken two weeks to recover from! This may be a … More Again? Or is it real?
