There was a surprising, and much-welcomed, turn of events here. I’ve recorded an overnight drop from 127.90 kilos to 126.70 kilos. As expected, my weight increased a little from 127.80 kilos to 128.20 kilos. I ate far too much yesterday including a big bowl of noodles for lunch, then three “party pies’ and a couple of “sausage puffs” for dinner, way too much.
