Still trying.

Can’t say I’ve been perfect but yesterday I *did* try. I had the shake, a small salad for lunch, and some curry in the evening followed by a small wrap and an apple. My weight dropped a little to 148.3 kilos, but I still don’t feel I’m moving properly in the right direction. I’m hoping if I can keep my act together today I’ll see some real movement tomorrow. If I can get myself down to 140 kilos before surgery I’d feel a lot better.

Healthwise, I think the Covid aftermath is finally over, but I’m now potentially overdosing on vitamins because after taking my morning meds I feel 100% worse than when I get up… which is pretty silly. I start the day feeling pretty good, but then come down with what feels like hypoglycaemia, i.e. a bit shaky and my head is a bit spaced out. Tomorrow I’ll cut the meds back to the two essential ones and see how I feel.

Other than that, I’ve managed to fill the dishwasher before having to sit down and recover. Ours has two drawers so I’ll go and clean the bottom one and hopefully still feel fit enough to vacuum and wash the floors… which are seriously quite disgusting. So, let’s go and see what happens. 😀
