What a weekend!

Friday was okay, Saturday, I was sick as a pig, Sunday, I was slightly better but not as well as I could be. Anyway, I ate way too much on both days so I really need to pull myself together… yet again. In addition, my weighing scales decided to finally give up so had to order another one. I’ve had a really magical couple of days! 😛

This morning I made a CSIRO shake with milk, forgetting that I’d got some ‘Atkins’ shake to stop me from needing to mix milk in, so another good start to the week. Still, it was at least a shake, and not the two eggs and baked beans I was considering.

I’ll do my best today to finally get on the diet ‘proper’, i.e. have a lunchtime shake with a cup of salad, and a shake with a cup of veg for dinner. I’ll get both ready in advance so I don’t feel the urge to ‘snack’. I know I can have some fruit but not sure I can eat apples, I’ll have to check, be nice if I can. Whichever way that goes, I only have a couple of weeks left to get the diet going and lose more weight. Right now I’m just as heavy as I’ve been the last week or two few *weeks*.

So, I think that’s it for today, at least for now.
