So this morning I was feeling really good, ok I’d not lost any weight but it was ok because I was going to get right back into it… positive, positive, positive!! And then…
… and then I increased my water intake by drinking 900 ml of water out of a bottle my daughter had left out. I’d been drinking from it before and it seemed ok. However, as I drained it I saw the bottom was covered in some black ‘something’. What the ‘something’ is/was I don’t know but it was hard to scrub off even using bleach. I think it must have been mould of some kind.
The result was/is I’ve been really sick all day, in fact I actually vomited for the first time in many years. All that came out was water, and a little of my morning shake. I spent most of the morning lying on my bed and still feel really queasy. The nausea has diminished slightly but not enough to say I’m ok.
It’s not that I haven’t eaten, because I have. For lunch I had two packet soups, not the meal substitute soups from UltraSlim, but the standard packet soups from the supermarket, and an apple. I’ve had the same thing this evening as well but with a few pieces of cooked chicken and a small chunk of cheese.
The total calories were over the allotted 700, but not by much. The four packet soups totalled 400, the shake 170, the chicken and cheese maybe another 200, two apples 100… so 900 total. It could have been so much worse.
I’m still feeling really sick and my head hurts just to add to the misery. I’m hoping all will be well tomorrow and I can really get back on track. Right now tho, not happy.
