Dead simple food can be a real treat.
Fresh Swordfish steak, smeared with tomato paste, smothered with parmesan, black pepper and a little salt; baked in a hot oven for 10 minutes or so, then finished by searing under a hot grill ’til the cheese bubbles and browns.
Serve with steamed broccoli and French beans with some Tartare Sauce.
Dead simple food, but dead nice… and yes… a real treat!
The youngest and I came home really late from the skating rink, but luckily the wife is a good cook! 🙂
