So that's why…

Over the past day or two I’ve been remembering how the house maintenance started to pile up in the run up to Xmas. The problems were caused by the amount of time I was spending in the gym, compounded by being exhausted afterwards and the pains I was getting in my hip/knee etc.

Those factors are already starting to have an effect! I came back this afternoon from the gym, and from a session with Sally (the trainer) and all bar collapsed! By mid-day I knew I needed to sleep for an hour… three hours later I woke up and went out to collect the kids from school.

I really can’t let it creep up on me again… so it’s already time to pull myself together and get back on with it!
