I’ve been trying to work out with the support guy why despite a software update the WordPress installation showed an earlier version number. Easy once you know why. We moved all the sites to a new server… but until the DNS is changed it still points to the old server… and of course… the old software! Erk. 🙂
So. Support changed the DNS and yoo-hoo… here’s the old site on the new server with the new software.
Of course this means a few posts that I’d made on the old server needed to be copied… which I did… but I forgot to copy a few of the comments so my apologies to the Phantom and my old man… mea culpa.
Right. Now importing the older posts to get it back where it was and then on with the motley!
