So I put new batteries into the weighing scales and discovered why the results had been so flakey recently. To start with, obviously, no batteries meant no record, but in addition as the charge from the old batteries deteriorated the measurements became unreliable. Simple today. No measurement because the scales ran out of battery. Renewed them so I’ll weigh again tomorrow. Didn’t do much today, so that’s all.

Too Much Food!

I’d been congratulating myself that I’d got back on track when I lost a lot of weight last week. I’ve dropped quite a lot of weight in the past week. Last Sunday, 134.90 kilos, this Sunday 132.30 kilos, nearly a 2½ kilo drop. Losing that much in a week is way over the top. I know it was caused by the heartburn and vomiting which made me not want to eat anything, but even … More So far So Good?
