It’s not funny.

So yesterday was a disaster. My health was in dire starts with my eyes hurting, exhaustion crippling me, and had what I can only call ‘ill-ease’. Sleep at night was difficult and I had to sleep again during the day. In the end, I figured maybe I was just ‘starving’ so I let my guard … More It’s not funny.

So…. today?

Bit of a problem really. Had my shake late, but in time to make me full. Had soup for dinner with a cuppa. So far so good. I’d even taken the dog for a walk… not too long, but long enough after yesterday Had an apple in the afternoon, and then it all went sideways. … More So…. today?

A day in the life.

After yesterday’s adventure in overexertion, I think I might take it a little easier today. There’s a lot to do indoors which I want to get done before I attack the mess which is our patio, and I *mean* mess. If it was even slightly better I’d post a picture. Short update.

Decided to celebrate my weight loss by taking the dog for a walk to the local regional park. The daughter brought her dog along so off we went. I made the really clever decision that we should exercise my legs by going on the longest route up a hill and with no shade of seating … More Short update.

Ooh… nice!!

So today, as usual, I check my weight again because I usually use my Sunday record as my ‘measure point’, and I’m down to 148.8 kilos. This would mean a kilo drop since yesterday. Obviously, this is because my digestive system is functioning properly again (at last) and probably includes some water loss as well. … More Ooh… nice!!

Today, just as tired as ever. Headache, just as bad as ever. Hunger… well comes and goes actually. I had a really late breakfast, and not long after had two fried eggs, fried tomatoes and a couple of small slices of cheese. Too much? Well yes, obviously. However, I followed it up with… nothing! Here we go again!!

Ok, we’re off again! New scales arrived yesterday and I was able to weigh again this morning (which is when I record my weights). They showed I’ve started dropping again now down to 149.7. Not a massive drop, but a drop nonetheless and means I’m further on my way towards the weight I was supposed … More Here we go again!!
