Weight goes down, weight goes up. Same old, same old. I think that my weight will go up again tomorrow. because I ate a load of stuff for breakfast and lunch. I saw the cardiologist this morning and he says my heart is as ok as you’d expect bearing in mind my age and size. … More O. M. G.

So far So Good?

I’ve dropped quite a lot of weight in the past week. Last Sunday, 134.90 kilos, this Sunday 132.30 kilos, nearly a 2½ kilo drop. Losing that much in a week is way over the top. I know it was caused by the heartburn and vomiting which made me not want to eat anything, but even … More So far So Good?

It’s not good.

The weight went down slightly so that’s good. Unfortunately, I’ve still been having the worst heartburn ever and it’s been going on for days. I take Nexium daily, I’ve been taking antacids like candy, but nothing is easing the pain. I threw up just after dinner, which actually seemed to *ease* the problem. The weight has dropped 600 grams to 133.40 kilos, which to be fair is *not* surprising bearing in mind I ate very little yesterday and most of what I *did* eat I threw up again! Moving along

So moving along again, now dropping the weight to 134.00 kilos. Not a massive drop from yesterday, just 200 grams, but a move just the same. Well, the weight did finally drop, albeit a day later than I’d suggested. The main reason for this was managing to control myself and not eat as much… obviously. Oops Again.

Didn’t show a loss of weight after all, but stayed where I was. This was because I clearly had way too much to eat yesterday. My own fault, again, for grazing instead of eating something sensible. Ok, starting again… each day is an adventure! Try, try, try again.
