Ouch.

First things first. The weight dropped to 133.00 kilos so going in the right direction again… even if only slightly. I ate way less yesterday but yet again neglected to drink enough liquids, and the results are why I titled this “Ouch”. Neglecting to drink sufficient liquids can (and does) lead to constipation. Still the same weight but feeling really dreadful! No idea why tho. I think I need to discuss this with my GP. (Weight 133.30 kilos)

Oh please… !!!

So I put new batteries into the weighing scales and discovered why the results had been so flakey recently. To start with, obviously, no batteries meant no record, but in addition as the charge from the old batteries deteriorated the measurements became unreliable. Simple today. No measurement because the scales ran out of battery. Renewed them so I’ll weigh again tomorrow. Didn’t do much today, so that’s all.
