Down by 100 grams to 132.70 kilos. Hardly a massive movement but at least it went down not up. I’m hoping the new Lite n Easy approach will work… tho as usual it relies entirely on some discipline to not ‘snack’ on stuff that’s lying around, like M&M’s. This is ridiculous.

OK, weight has dropped to 132.80 kilos. This is getting ridiculous. It zooms up, zooms down. It goes static, then races about. I can’t keep up. I want to keep some sort of track on my weight but I’m at a loss to understand any of this. Still… again… we carry on and face ‘whatever’. … More This is ridiculous.

Ok this is getting stupider by the day. My weight is now *133.40* and I have no idea what’s happening. The weight goes up, it goes down, and then zooms back up again to where it was weeks ago! I have no excuses… no understanding… no reasons. I’ll just have to keep going and hope … More And crazier…

Yesterday… 131.90 kilos, today 132.90 kilos. What?? I was out all day working and ate a lot less than in recent weeks but I put weight **on**?? This makes no sense unless I was badly dehydrated before and am retaining water this morning. Lord knows. Either way, it’s a bit disheartening. Let’s work away today … More This is crazy!

So we go up, we go down, we go round and round and land close to where we measured (wrongly) two weeks ago. Weighed in at 131.90 kilos so still following the trend and back to moving down. Weight is much the same with a slight gain that can be put down to eating chocolates, tho it’s not a good idea to eat that. Currently sitting at 132.50 kilos. Not a lot has gone on lately. Well, again I seem to have missed a day. I have no idea what’s going on anymore. My weight is zooming around, albeit now in a downward direction, 132.70 kilos yesterday and 132.4 kilos today. Anyway, the exhaustion I felt yesterday has dropped a little today so I’m ready to get on with things again. … More What now?

I forgot to press ‘Publish’ after writing yesterday’s short message so it has today’s date on it… and now I’m writing another. Woohoo! Anyway, I ‘gained’ 600 grams. Not sure how as I didn’t really eat much yesterday, but there ya go… whatever, it’s back to 133.0 kilos again. What’s more I feel sick… again. … More Grumble…
