Dip, dap D’oh!!

Well, this was a bit of a shock. My weight rose by 100 grams. might not seem like a lot but it’s still a rise not a fall. So now I’m 126.90 kilos. I think this has a lot to do with my digestive system and once it works, I’ll drop a bit, so all I can do is weight (haha), I mean wait.

Today I’m off for a swimming session, well walking really since I am trying to use the water resistance to help get my legs back in working order. Currently, if I fall I simply *can not* get up without assistance so if I fell somewhere without a pole or similar to hang on to I’d just have to crawl to find one… and as my knees hurt that would be no easy feat by itself!

Also, I go to the CoC today to see the doctor and dietician and I’m sure the latter will be annoyed to hear I’ve not exactly been following her advice. I have to fess up tho otherwise there’s no point going on with their support.
