Back to it.

I think BBQ wasn’t the best idea for a meal… especially one that lets you eat as much as you like!! The “All you can eat” places used to be my favourite restaurants. The quality wasn’t spectacular… but the amount of food available was… which of course is one reason I got so fat in the first place but anyway, that’s not the story.

As said I ate as much as my stomach would hold, and a little bit more, which made me really uncomfortable. What I ate was *all* meat help my protein level and loved every mouthful at the time, but regretted it a little later on. I’d not had breakfast, so this was lunch and dinner… and breakfast this morning. Basically, I ate way too much and my stomach has had a tough time processing it all. 🙂

The end result of this was my weight dropping back 126.70 kilos, which whilst good in it’s own way, is still a little disappointing and makes me regret not being stronger-willed. I hope today will see me improve. The wife and I are going for an early lunch so I’ll have a small “something” maybe grilled fish and salad… maybe nothing if it rains. We’ll see.
