Obviously feeling better!

As expected, my weight increased a little from 127.80 kilos to 128.20 kilos. I ate far too much yesterday including a big bowl of noodles for lunch, then three “party pies’ and a couple of “sausage puffs” for dinner, way too much. Silly really because of the clear effect it would have on my weight. still, today is another day and let’s go again. We have salmon and salad for dinner which should help get the eight back under control and not start another period of ‘stalling’. Wish me luck 🙂
