On the path again?

Can’t say I’m really “on the path” again because despite cutting my food intake down considerably very little happened to my weight overnight… well ‘little’ other than going *up* by half a kilo the 130.90 kilos.

Now this must surely be wrong because I don’t think I even *ate* a half kilo of food all day!! Breakfast was one Weetbix and milk. Lunch was one bowl of soup made up with water and two packets (no judgement thanks, I just like packet soups). Dinner was three chicken nibbles and a salad. I think the total of my calorie intake was around 1,000. How is it possible to put so much weight *on*, when eating so little?? It’s weird.

So far today I’ve had my Weetbix, a chicken nibble; a couple of slices of shaved ham and an apple for elevenses. I’ll have my soup in an hour or so, and then nothing ’til dinner (not sure what to have yet) and then nothing until the next morning. I wonder if the weight will go *up* again?? 😦
