So I forgot to update the blog yesterday but it made no difference really. The weight remained where it was so no massive loss… or increase. Today my weight *did* increase slightly to 131.60 kilos but not enough to worry me. Just going to carry on carrying on.
Had a lot of exercise yesterday for a change. Still didn’t get to 10,000 steps but it felt like I did. A long trek with the manic dog around Fagan Park followed later by a turn around a local Oval. My arms were aching from being all bar ripped from their sockets as Merlin took off like a rocket, desperate to run free. Sadly that couldn’t happen at this park but he tried to go and I tried to hold him back. He was on a ‘long lead’ so when the lead was extended and he was behind me, he could build up a good head of steam and yank hard on my joints! 😀
Bad night’s sleep last night. Finally got to bed around 10:30 then forgot my sleeping tablet. Woke at 2:20 and 4:00 or so. It means I’m knackered. The previous night was bad as well, waking at 4:00 or so. I really ought to just go back to bed now for an hour or two before the day really starts.
Food intake remains the same by the way. Still using Lite ‘n Easy, tho I reduced next week’s order to five days because I didn’t at many of the dinners and missed a couple of lunches as well!! I also switched to their “My Choice” selections which are supposed to be tailored to older people with smaller appetites. It’s not much cheaper, but the portions are supposed to be smaller, which would help me. Anyway, we’ll see what arrives on Wednesday. If possible I’d have just ordered lunches but there’s no option to do that for some reason. I wonder why?
