Yet again I seem to have lost almost a kilo overnight. According to the scales I’m 131.50 kilos whereas I was 132.40 kilos yesterday. This is similar to the drop I recorded a couple of weeks ago which then resulted in a massive ‘rebound’ that’s taken two weeks to recover from!
This may be a real loss, it may be spurious. I hope it’s the former but I’ve actually had a lot to eat because of the Lite ‘n’ Easy meals I bought. I’ve had three meals a day (since Wednesday) and been filled up each time… overfilled, to be honest. It’s not like I’ve done massive amounts of exercise either. I went for a walk with the dog yesterday around the local Oval but that was it, I’m going for a wander with the wife (and dog) later today so we’ll see if that has any effect tomorrow.
Of course, it could just be water loss… who knows. We’ll see what happens at tomorrow morning’s weigh-in. In the meantime, I feel a little better that the weight seems to be continuing on its downward trend, but I’d feel a *lot* happier if that loss was confirmed, and maybe built on tomorrow. 🙂
Edit: I just checked the dates on the “Weight and Health Stats” page and somehow I got the weekly dates completely messed up. I’m going to have to go through them again and see where I went wrong. Currently, the dates do *not* correspond to the days. I wonder how far back I have to go to correct them? 🙂
