Little to report

Weight is much the same with a slight gain that can be put down to eating chocolates, tho it’s not a good idea to eat that. Currently sitting at 132.50 kilos. Not a lot has gone on lately. I’ve been indoors doing things so little exercise. I’ve not used the gym as much as I’d intended. No idea why not but I’ll have to work on myself to motivate me to make the move!

Dog is off to his training today and his “Puppy Exam”. Should be fun, but not exactly an energetic exercise. So pretty much just sitting here getting myself in some sort of mental order so that I can go and make my breakfast. I’ll probably have some porridge and a cup of tea.

Not sure if I mentioned this but I bought a week’s worth of Lite ‘n’ Easy meals for next week (arriving Wednesday). I ordered three meals a day and if I can keep to it I should get kicked back into the weight-loss stage again. Not eating chocolate would help with that! 🙂
