Ok then…

After yesterday’s dramatic fall, I decided to take some sort of action in case something serious was happening. To this end, I made sure I drank close to the 2 litre recommended fluid intake and also increased my protein level by eating a steak… and salad to provide fibre etc.

The result was a rise from yesterday’s weight of 131.30 kilos to 132.10 kilos. I’m not upset by that at all. I obviously needed the fluid or it would all have disappeared through the day or overnight. I’ll make an effort to keep up the fluid for the next few days at least. Weight loss is the goal, but not at the risk of wrecking my health.

Otherwise, not a lot going on. I ordered some ‘pork scratchings’ which I love and make a good ‘keto’ snack for me but they won’t arrive for a week or two.

Edit: Weird stuff. Had to go back to bed at 8:15 and woke at 11:15. Since then I’ve sitting by the computer like a zombie. It’s now 1:00 and I’m yet to move. This is ridiculous!!
