So weight dropped back to the level it was the day before, i.e. 132.70 kilos. I really need to keep on top of the food intake. I think a lot of the problems are caused by being tired. It always creeps up on me. Being aware would help but of course, being tired I don’t realise what’s happening.
Still, off to swimming soon. I’m waiting for the “Mower Guy” (Anthony) to come so that I can let the dogs out and leave. He was supposed to be here 30 mins ago but hasn’t arrived yet! I have little choice other than to wait so there’s no point getting excited. Maybe I’ll read for a bit… π¦
