I’ve dropped quite a lot of weight in the past week. Last Sunday, 134.90 kilos, this Sunday 132.30 kilos, nearly a 2½ kilo drop. Losing that much in a week is way over the top. I know it was caused by the heartburn and vomiting which made me not want to eat anything, but even so, it’s a lot.
One problem is that I want to eat even less now than previously. The wife and I went to Manly yesterday and stopped for lunch. I ordered scrambled eggs but stopped halfway through the portion, and even then felt I’d eaten too much. Apart from the one Weetbix for breakfast, that was all I ate for the entire day (excluding a run and raisin ice cream we bought at the far end of the Corsair).
This morning I had one Weetbix again, but have no idea what to have for lunch even tho it’s approaching 12:30. Something will present itself eventually I assume, but as I write, I have no idea what.
Other than that, nothing major to report. One small thing was ‘twanging’ my back as I climbed into the car to drive home is a slight issue since it’s hard to bend. That’s compounded by my rib playing up again. I had hoped it would have repaired itself but sadly, it hadn’t. I think it’s time for an Advil.
Of course, this could just be me finding excuses to not do any work around the house… it’s been known to happen before… but there is so much to do I can’t really see this as a real thing. So, as usual, onwards we go. 🙂
