Is This a Trend?

The weight has dropped 600 grams to 133.40 kilos, which to be fair is *not* surprising bearing in mind I ate very little yesterday and most of what I *did* eat I threw up again!

I can’t honestly claim that I’m 100% right even now. I missed my usual breakfast, but the daughter suggested raisin toast and that seemed to sit well enough. However, just before I had lunch (two Cruskits with Spinach dip and coffee), I had a bad case of what I assume is heartburn. Of course, it may *be* heartburn, but it could also be a symptom of the blood clots, again. I have no idea, but I’ll find out eventually, I just hope it won’t be ‘too late’ when I do.

Talking of yesterday, I really haven’t much of a clue about what was wrong. I was ‘queasy’ the day before and then woke up feeling less than perfect. I went swimming anyway because I promised the wife we’d go but after an hour doing the ‘power walking’ stuff I really began to feel sick. We dressed and went off to have lunch (i.e. grilled fish and salad) but while the wife was ordering our food, my stomach started rebelling and I had to rush to the toilet, heaving as I ran! Not having eaten anything, there was nothing to throw up but if there had been I would *not* have made it! I sat by our table shivering and shaking for the next 20 minutes or so and in the end, had to leave for home. Got here, and my stomach rebelled again; what lunch I *had* eaten ended up in the sink. Not pleasant. For obvious reasons, I really didn’t eat much after that, tho later on I forced down a few chicken nuggets to try to raise my protein intake a little.

Anyway, I ate lunch and the heartburn settled a little for 30 minutes or so but is now starting up again. Maybe I won’t be ok from here on in, who knows, but I won’t make too big a fuss over it, at least until I see a doctor, either from CoC or my usual GP, Dr R Fakir. In the meantime, it seems I may have a handle on my eating again. It may be because I feel queasy constantly, but whatever the reason, if my weight is going down at a sensible rate I’m not complaining.
