So, 135.30 today. This means my weight is slowly dropping again. It’s nowhere near where I’d like it to be but it’s still lower. I’ve managed to keep myself under some sort of pressure to not eat and keep up the loss. Tomorrow will be the “biggie”. I ate a cheese and tomato sandwich for brunch, two packets of dried soup for lunch, and steak and salad for dinner (followed by a short walk). Was this too much? We’ll find out in a few hours. 🙂
