Oops…

So last night I forgot to actually *publish* the post I’d written in the morning. That means two today. Could be worse I suppose. I could have posted it just before bed. but I wrote it on a different machine and I was a bit tired. Apologies to anyone who actually reads this stuff šŸ™‚

Today seems to be a big improvement in my physical state. The pain in my chest almost vanished (so far) and the pain in my rib has diminished a bit as well. All in all, ok. I have my fingers crossed it stays that way so apologies for spelling mistakes as it’s hard to type with crossed fingers.

Slight weight drop to 135.40 kilos but nothing significant. I’m probably eating too much and/or constipated so not too worried about it. It’s still “Christmas” so diet etc is still a bit confused.

I think that’s all for today. I need to make a start doing some sort of exercise, but that’s a “New Year” resolution and more on that “whenever”. šŸ™‚
