Hey what?

I think yesterday’s “weight loss” is spurious, dropping from 137.30 kilos to 137.20 kilos is hardly an earth-shattering loss! I suppose the question to ask is what’s happening… or perhaps *not* happening? Am I eating too much? Eating the wrong foods? Am I not drinking Enough? Drinking too much (unlikely)? I’ve no idea. I think I have to consult the books, ask in the support forum… or ask Dr Google and see if I can unearth some clues.
