Bouncy, bouncy

Weight has been static for a few days, well, actually it went up and down a bit. Today, however, it seems there was a real loss down from 141.70, to 140.80… almost an entire kilo! That’s pleasing.

Last night I made some creamed potatoes, literally with butter and cream, then blitzed. Really good! Had some today with a half Basa fillet for lunch and I’ll do the same for dinner. I’m trying to not eat as much as I think I could because I’m still not getting any real “full” signals from my stomach! Oddly though, after eating, I found that ten mins later I *do* feel as if I had too much again!

I think the answer to this is to make sure I only eat the amount I was told to eat regardless of any ‘full’ signal or not. Obviously, I shouldn’t eat more if I *do* get the signal to stop, but I think it’s as important to not try to overeat. Besides, the pain, I’d just be putting myself back on the same track that caused to to grow as fat as I did… as I still *am*. Perhaps have a shake for dinner tonight?

Anyway, not a lot else to write other than I fell over – again. This time I tripped over some loose cabling. Down on both knees this time… and my hand. If anyone ever tells you it’s fun to fall… smack them with something because it’s not! Both knees hurt now and I have spent yet another day sitting about trying to get the pain to go away.
