And…. stop.

Same weight today as yesterday, and still higher than the day before logging in at 143.1 kilos. Not a lot to add, to be honest. My lethargy remains even tho I did very little yesterday. I want to go for a walk but I’m concerned if I go out, I won’t get back! Still, I know I should try so a little later I’ll see what I can do.

The tiredness doesn’t want to leave me and I’m assuming the reason is a lack of ‘food’. I’m going to try a banana flavour ‘My Muscle Chef’ shake and see if that helps. Either way, I don’t want to risk an excursion, even a short one, for a while.

Of course, the digestive system is still not functional so maybe that is having an effect. On that note, it’s off to the Benefibre I go. The suggested dose is one tablespoon twice a day in 250 ml water. Maybe that’s where the potential weight loss is?? Obviously, I’ve eaten very little, however, there is still the body’s natural disposal of used blood cells to dispose of, along with the remnants of the ‘powers’ etc that make up the shakes and soups. Ok, it isn’t much but it still might count after a week or so of being stored!! We’ll see if it ever works again šŸ˜€
