Ok, did I eat sensibly yesterday? Well, of course, I didn’t. I ate almost anything I could get in my mouth. I started with the shake, then moved on to two eggs, baked beans and tomatoes. I can’t recall just what else I ate, but whatever it was, it was waaaay too much. In fact, since I put on 2 kilos on somehow, it’s clear whatever it was it was too much.
I’ve tried today to get back onto the diet proper. I had a shake for breakfast, a shake, a ham salad wrap for lunch, and (so far) a nice ham and chicken salad. I might have a shake afterwards if I get snackish.
So basically that’s where I am up to Saturday evening. I’ll probably continue this tomorrow in a new post but for now. I’m going to give up.
