Still here!

Ok, moving along. Last night I went to bed around 8:00 p.m. The daughter, lovely girl, seems to be coming down with something similar to my illness so went an hour earlier, but not before making sure I’d had dinner. I was actually feeling a bit better but I love being looked after so didn’t complain too much.

I remembered to take some of my medication, but at midnight woke up realising I’d not taken the anti-virals so staggered off to the living room to take them. Fell back asleep, and woke at 8:00, feeling *much* better. Still not 100% (I still have a chest infection) but really ‘getting there’. I’m that much improved I’m going to start cleaning up the house… which has deteriorated badly over the week I’ve been ill.

So, I’m well enough to return to the diet, which has been the focus for the pat months. Weight?? Increased to 150.6 kilos. Not good. I’ll go back to eating little and having the three shakes and hope something moves. According to the weight chart, my weight has stayed cinstand for almost a *month* and I really don’t know why. I understand weight loss regularly plateaus, but this seems an excessive amount of time bearing in mind how few calories I’m taking in overall! I’ve little choice but continue, and see where it goes, but it’s quite depressing.

Other than that, things are much the same as they were… and it’s time to move. If for no other reason than I need to take my medications, and (especially) want a cup of coffee to make a good caffeinated start to the day. 🙂
