Today, just as tired as ever. Headache, just as bad as ever. Hunger… well comes and goes actually. I had a really late breakfast, and not long after had two fried eggs, fried tomatoes and a couple of small slices of cheese. Too much? Well yes, obviously. However, I followed it up with… nothing!
Actually, I quite surprised myself because I didn’t eat anything else until the evening meal, which consisted of a cup of coffee. and a caramel shake. This time I made it properly with 350 ml water, instead of the 250 ml I’d been having (which was never enough). I also sliced up an orange and added it to the daughter’s 1-litre water bottle. I now have a *very* tasty drink making it easier to get my daily ration of two litres into me.
This is the second day I’ve tried to make the diet real and it paid off inasmuch as my weight has decreased, not by much, just 0.5k, but it all counts. And if I can get my digestive system working properly I might lose a lot more!!
Tomorrow is another day, but in the meantime… on we go. 14 days left. š
