Just a quick post to mention something I’d totally forgotten and had to be reminded of by my daughter. I was due to have my Ozempic injection on Wednesday and hadn’t had it yesterday either… until last night. I think that even tho I’ve mentioned how much the effect of the Ozempic has helped me I’d not realised just how much because without it. well, you’ve seen over the past day or two how I’ve been unable to resist the urge to snack, and pick at food. 😦
Anyway, I’ve taken it now so I’m hoping it will bolster my willpower and help me resist the temptation. Actually, I’m considering asking the doctor next time I visit, if I should increase the dose, It’s possible that I’m becoming too used to the dose and it ‘wore off’ earlier than it had previously. We shall see. For today I’ll be keeping a closer eye on my behaviour regarding food and let you know later on today.
Tomorrow… the stress test and finding out if I’ll be able to have the operation.
