I should have made the weight table up when I first started this diet to keep an eye on how well or badly I was doing to try to keep myself on track. Even tho I didn’t start until a couple of days ago I think it’s already doing its job in reminding me that while I may wobble a bit, the trend is still on a downward track. The losses aren’t huge by any means but so far, consistent. ‘ve been told that weighing daily isn’t a good idea, and perhaps if I was down almost to a normal weight I’d agree, but at this early stage, I think it *is* important I remind myself the weight *is* dropping slowly but surely! Today I logged in at 151.14 kilos and this was after having what were for me recently, quite substantial meals. For lunch, I fried a couple of slices of onion and tomato in olive oil and mixed that in with four scrambled eggs. For dinner, I had a large portion of chopped and roasted vegetables and some cooked chicken breast and still managed to record a loss. Not saying this would be an everyday meal plan, but as I’ve said before, it’s good to be able to eat more or less normal meals occasionally to give myself a treat without thinking I’m ruining my diet.
