So for the past few days, I’ve had no idea what was happening with my calorie count. I was concerned that the loss of control (and losing track of what I should be eating and when) meant I could have increased my weight instead of losing it.
However, I discovered this morning my weight was actually 151.3 kilos. The most recent record I have of my weight was that I was 151.6 which, I think, means I’ve lost just over 300 grams since last week… around the weight of a cup of water. Disheartening that!
Cleary, l need to get back to the regime and keep a closer track of what I’m doing. It’s been nice to have a break, and eating other foods, but I obviously need to be a bit more ‘restrained’ in how much and when I eat or I’ll start putting weight *on* instead of *off* :(.
