Sleep? Who needs it?

Who needs sleep? Well obviously *I* do. Sadly it’s not as easy to sleep as it has been but I have no idea why. Over the past few months, my sleep has been a bit disturbed but recently it’s become worse. In fact, for the last two nights, I’ve hardly slept. For example last night I got to bed at 10:00, woke at 1:50 then drifted in and out for an hour. It got so bad I eventually turned on the phone and listened to the audiobook “Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets” on Audible. I dropped off for an hour listening to it but woke at 6:15 so all in all I had 5 hours of disturbed sleep. No good.

So what’s this got to do with the diet? Basically, when I’m exhausted I find it hard to fight against the still intense urge to eat that I experience from time to time through the day. There’s little I can do about it. My GP suggested I take Restavit so I tried it for a week or two but ran out last week. I must admit it *does* help so I’m just going to have to get out of the house and buy more. This exhaustion is dreadful and hard to cope with. Anyway… I have no choice but to put up with it for now. Maybe tonight things will improve.
