Well ok it is a bit different to most of the weight loss plans and I’m afraid for me, currently, anyway, it just wouldn’t work. I’m way too heavy and lethargic to do the sort of exercise required. I’m trying to at least go swimming for an hour or so twice a week but other than doing housework I can’t do much more. And even then, after a few minutes, five or ten, my hips and back hurt so much I have to sit for 30 mins to recover.
I hope that soon I’ll be a lot lighter and more able to move a little easier and can exercise properly as I once did. It’s a faint hope at my age but I can try at least.
