Ok… something’s wrong!

Back on July 30th, I was congratulating myself on having dropped to 153.3 kilos. I weighed today and had gained weight. According to the same scales, I’m 153,8 kilos. I really have no idea how this has happened. I’ve been restricting my calorie intake and making sure I have plenty of water to help metabolise the fat… and yet?? I’m going to check again tomorrow because it’s possible I hadn’t got the scales in the exact place they were previously. Either way, it’s a real concern.

I missed breakfast and didn’t have lunch until 2:00. So ok, I had fried fish and salad for lunch but to compensate, I had a smallish salad for dinner followed by an apple for dessert. Basically, not only has the diet and Ozemic had no effect at all, I actually increased my weight. Something is clearly going wrong!

My daughters are trying to tell me it’s because I’ve been going swimming and putting muscle back into my legs and maybe I drank more water (or tea) yesterday and maybe the flat white coffee has more calories than I thought so I looked and they are approx 155 calories *each* with full cream milk. I had two for lunch yesterday and I usually have two whenever I go out to eat… not that it’s often… but it all counts!! Bye, bye, flat white coffees 😦
