After the marathon session with the PDA software I finally got some help.
I’d wrote on Monday (in desperation) to iMate who gave me an Australian address to contact and I sent them a mail yesterday. Within a few hours they’d responded and this morning I had a call from a tech.
The machine is now sync’d to both XP Professional *and* to Vista Home Premium,
I now feel secure enough to start copying all my contacts into it from other locations so I have them all together at last 🙂
I ought to point out this was *the* only issue I had with it… other than that is works perfectly… tho maybe an FM receiver would have been nice:)
