  1. I know the feeling, I’m still around 18 stone but my new thing is to try to only eat when I’m hungry and not when I’m bored. My one weakness is bread and you can’t beat a fresh tiger loaf from asda (walmart). But then comes wine and the problems that brings but then as my hotmail suggests and I quote from homer “Here’s to alcohol, the cause ofโ€”and solution toโ€”all life’s problems” When my back is sorted the fitness wil be sorted as well

  2. I ought to add in here the diet restrictions. It ain’t easy and I find it *very* hard not to pick in the evenings. I’m ok all day mostly… but at around 5:00 or so I get the munchies… maybe I need to find some way of getting out to the house until dinnertime is past ๐Ÿ™‚
