If reports coming from venezuala are to be believed, Fidel Castro is fighting his last battle. Reports say he is suffering from an intestinal infection and is close to death.
We’ve heard reports of his imminent demise for a while now, but this one seems real.
No doubt the USA administration will be glad when he’s gone and will be expecting a major change in the political structure of the country… but it would be a shame if that was to be. For all its economic problems, since the USA refused any form of legal trade with Cuba the country has managed to maintain a surpisingly stable society.
Goodonya Fidel… you’ll be missed when you’re gone.
